As the Golden State Warriors continue to navigate the waters without F Draymond Green, C James Wiseman or any appreciable big man at all, times have toughened in recent days. They entered February 2022 on a _____-game win streak that was extended to nine with a road victory over the rebuilding Thunder on 2/7. Still, they let OKC hang around for far too long in that game, and two nights later the win streak was emphatically terminated by the surging Utah Jazz in Utah.
Then the Dubs dropped a close one at home vs. the reeling Knicks, got blown out in L.A. by a Clippers team starting Terence Mann, Reggie Jackson, Marcus Morris, Nicolas Batum and Ivica Zubac, then dropped an absolute heartbreaker against the visiting Nuggets after leading—by double digits in stretches—for over 47 minutes.

Warriors G Klay Thompson lit up the Lakers on 2/12, but in his other four games this article covers, he shot 21-for-61 (34%) and Golden State went winless. Thompson sat out for rest at Utah 2/9.
